Premium Abalone Set Menu

This time I went to a high-end Chiu Chow restaurant and tried their premium abalone set menu, which is currently buy one get one free, $888 for two people. As soon as we sat down, we were served a platter of marinated goose meat. The goose meat was tender, the marinated eggs were flavorful, the pig ears were crunchy, the large intestines were rich in taste, and the tofu absorbed all the marinade, everything was perfectly marinated. The garlic-flavored beef cubes were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a strong garlic aroma, very appetizing! The Puning fried tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich bean flavor, paired with the special cold marinated fish, the fish meat was fresh and sweet, very appetizing! Then came the nourishing herbal soup with black-bone chicken, the soup base was rich and aromatic, the black-bone chicken was tender, very nourishing and warming! The premium 15-head dried abalone had a unique texture. The golden soup with scallops was beautifully presented! The mustard greens with ham were crunchy and savory! The noodles were cooked just right, absorbing all the soup, very satisfying!
