This restaurant specializes in matured steaks, and for those who like to drink, there is a lot of alcohol selection here. The environment here is quite nice, like a private club feel. Both oysters were very fresh and sweet, and had a strong seawater flavour. There is also some oyster paste at the bottom, which makes it more fresh. ▶️ Waldorf Salad $158 The salad has green apples, salad, and almond crisps. Green apple Tart and sweet, with raisins and celery. The celery flavor is quite strong. ▶️30 Days Dry Aged '44 Farms' Prime Striploin $990 The mature steak here is really super delicious🤤 I chose 50% cooked, the meat is very pink and tender, the beef flavor is quite rich, very fragrant! The outside is crispy and crispy, the beef is eaten from the edge, the butter is layered.
