Korean dining brand Bibigo bapsang has officially opened its first global store in Central, Hong Kong today! Can't wait to try it out. Bibigo means 'mix' in Korean and 'to go' in English, while bapsang refers to a bountiful table of shared food. The new Central store offers a range of Korean set meals, each including a main dish, side dishes, a drink or soup. Signature dishes include Korean fried chicken, grilled beef rice, kimchi pork noodle soup, and fruit vinegar soda. Korean Grilled Beef Rice $64 Grilled beef rice is one of the signature dishes here. The beef portion is generous, tender, and flavorful. If you order this, I recommend pairing it with kimchi for the perfect combination! Kimchi Pork Noodle Soup $56 My personal favorite! The kimchi pork is aromatic but not spicy, and the hot noodle soup is particularly filling. Korean Garlic Soy Sauce Fried Chicken +$42 You must try the fried chicken here. Besides the sweet and spicy fried chicken, I ordered the garlic soy sauce flavor this time. It's flavorful but not overly salty, and the chicken pieces are tender and juicy. Fried Pork and Kimchi Dumplings +$18 The fried dumplings are also excellent. The skin is not too thick, and it's fried to a golden crisp. The pork filling remains juicy, highly recommended!
