During my stay in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, I visited Chee Kei, a well-known restaurant chain famous for its Cantonese wonton noodles, on two occasions. The restaurant is often lauded for its authentic, delicious food at affordable prices. A standout dish is their wonton noodle soup, featuring perfectly cooked noodles and shrimp wontons in a flavorful, savory broth. On my first visit, I opted for the lunch set, which included fresh shrimp wonton bamboo noodles, a braised soft-boiled egg with Chu Hou sauce, and hot coffee, all for $67. On my second visit, I ordered the pork dumpling bamboo noodles, braised mushrooms in oyster sauce, and hot milk tea for $57.
