Recently I went to a hidden Vietnamese restaurant in Tai Mei Tuk. It's quite flavorful. First, let’s talk about one of their signature dishes: Lake Beef Demon Locomotive Pho $108. This beef bone soup is very rich and fragrant. The boss said that the soup is rich in beef bone soup. It's really unbeatable! The ingredients include Angus beef, beef balls, beef gluten, beef cypress leaves and beef shoulder, each with its own characteristics. The beef is tender and fragrant, the beef gluten is soft, the beef cypress leaves are crispy, and the beef shank is cooked to just the right taste. The platter contains shrimp cake, spring rolls, lemongrass pork chop, chicken wings, sticky rice, curry corner and pork skewers.
