Just like their usual style, you can enjoy all the items at the self-service bar when you order a set meal. Now that it's summer, they offer refreshing fruits like watermelon, melon, and guava to help you cool down. This time, I visited the Tsim Sha Tsui branch. The decor follows Tsukada Nojo's usual style—low-key, luxurious, and comfortable. The seating is spacious and not cramped, making dining here a pleasant experience. There's also a beverage area where you can try their hand-shaken drinks if you enjoy tea beverages, perfect for sipping while you eat. Kaohsiung Fresh Shrimp and Beef Oden Udon $98 The broth is paired with fresh shrimp, beef, assorted fish cakes, cheese balls, beef balls, chikuwa, cheese crab sticks, and radish, resembling a steaming hot and flavorful oden. The udon noodles in the set are white and glossy, with a soft and chewy texture, cooked to perfection. A sip of the delicious broth and a bite of udon is refreshing and not greasy, making it the best choice for summer dining.
