Eat in Tsuen Wan | Tai Jiu | Recommended Signature Crab Omelette

#Wafflesandshrimpcakes I occasionally go to eat #Thai food. I recently visited Tai Jiu in Tsuen Wan for the second time. The facade doesn't look like a #Thai restaurant at all. Although there is a buy-two-get-one-free promotion for non-alcoholic drinks other than coconut milk, Waffles still wants to drink fresh coconut milk ($48), which is cool, sweet and refreshing, and can relieve heat and quench thirst. Scan the QR code to place an order. There is a "less oil" option for stir-frying, which Waffle really appreciates. The stir-fried water spinach with garlic ($78) is really "low in oil", the water spinach is fried crispy and the portion is also large. The Thai pineapple fried rice ($118) was also quite filling and well-fried. It had three types of seafood on it: mussels, squid and shrimp. The mussels were the best, and cashew nuts and pork floss were placed on the side. You can add them to the fried rice according to your personal taste𥚃. The Thai platter ($118) includes shrimp cakes, fish cakes, chicken wings and chicken rolls, and is not too greasy. Thai Jiu’s signature crab omelette ($98) was my favorite dish of the whole night, and I don’t think I’ve seen it in other Thai restaurants. The egg rolls are fried until golden brown, decorated with crab sticks and crab roe, and served with salad on the side, which looks attractive. The egg rolls were smoking hot, fresh, hot and especially delicious, with a strong egg flavor and lots of crab meat.
