Eat in Yuen Long | Tianlong Curry | Occasionally spicy for a while

There is a sign outside the door saying "Life is like eating curry. It won't be painful forever if it's spicy occasionally." So let's go in and enjoy the spiciness for a while. The restaurant’s main dish is #curry, but for those who don’t eat spicy food, there are a variety of non-spicy options and plenty of snacks. As for drinks, the Ginger Prawn Cake (original price $28/add $13 with meal) is sweet and sour, and is good for stimulating appetite. The Grapefruit Soda (original price $25/add $10 with meal) for waffles is very filling and has a strong grapefruit flavor. The lamb rack and curry sauce of the curry lamb rack rice ($105) are served separately, which is just what waffle lovers want, so they don’t have to worry about the curry sauce being too spicy to taste. The lamb rack is a generous portion, with three main pieces, fried to a nice crisp and tasty standard. The curry sauce contains potatoes and plenty of onions, which makes it spicy. Friends who like spicy food can add more spiciness. The Golden Beef Demon King Curry Beef Rice (with two pieces of puff pastry) ($112) is very rich with beef brisket, beef tendon, smooth beef and thick-cut beef tongue. Among the waffles in "Big Four", I like beef tendon the most, which is just the right hardness and softness, and full of gelatin. The rice with curry sauce is first-rate, and the waffles are better served with hot and spicy puff pastry. The Chicken Skin Roll ($42) is not common so I ordered it to try. The chicken skin on the outside is thin and crispy, and the chicken inside is very juicy.
