Today I came to Sai Wan Ho, a place I am not familiar with, to take the Korean Language Proficiency Test. After the test, my back and waist felt sore from sitting, so my friend and I decided to walk around and explore this community. Walking to the beach makes you feel relaxed and relieved, and you can release the stress that has been accumulated for a long time. The blue mussels were stronger and more tender, but they were smaller in size and many of them were already shelled. The skin is crispy and thin, the fat and lean are evenly distributed, but it is moist and oily, and the meat is soft and chewy. There is no pig smell.
