Half a dozen French Normandy oysters, very fresh. Each one is served with different ingredients, including sea urchin with a strong sea flavor, precious black fish roe, and fresh and plump salmon roe. Each one is different and has a different flavor. The Caesar salad is seasoned on the spot by the waiter King. He will mix the sauce according to the customer's preferences. The customized service is very thoughtful. Caesar salad can be served with smoked salmon, chicken breast or Parma ham. I chose the fatty smoked salmon, which is thick and delicious. The big chicken is roasted until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Every part is fully seasoned and filled with gravy, which is fresh and delicious.
