Simplicity, located in Panda Hotel, has a new themed afternoon tea recently! Summer is coming, want to have a picnic with your bestie, but are afraid of the sun and heat? You can enjoy the air conditioning, check in, and eat at the same time, triple enjoyment, spend a leisurely vacation, seize the time and opportunity, and make a reservation now! Chill Picnic BOX $586/2 people $298/person The chef uses the food in the picnic box as inspiration for the creation of the pastoral picnic theme afternoon tea, and adds a lot of precious ingredients and seasonal fruits to make you a feast! Afternoon tea includes: 6 savory snacks, 6 desserts, muffins and coffee or tea. Serving hours: Daily from 12 noon to 7 pm. Savoury dishes include: foie gras with black fish roe, Scottish smoked salmon, avocado sauce and cheddar cheese mille-feuille, golden pineapple, Boston lobster in crystal bun and white jade snow apple. The precious foie gras and black fish roe soufflé is crispy and delicious, and the foie gras is rich, fragrant and smooth, with a good taste. The oily smoked salmon is paired with the salty and fragrant cottage cheese, a perfect combination. The avocado sandwich has a floral pattern on the top, which is very cute. The combination of golden pineapple and sweet shrimp with crab roe is novel and interesting. Among the savory dishes, we love the Boston lobster crystal bun the most. The sauce has a Thai flavor, which is so special~ Desserts include: Bamboo charcoal macaron burger, cranberry almond sandwich, foam coffee cup, peanut chocolate crisp, lemon madeleine shell cake and Hokkaido 3.6 milk milk jelly. The charcoal macaron burger is thoughtfully designed and has a mint flavor, which is quite a surprise. The cranberry almond sandwich imitates Taiwan’s popular souvenir. It tastes good and has a very soft texture. Our favorites are the coffee foam cup full of coffee aroma and the milk jelly with mango bubbles. The desserts are of good quality and not too sweet or greasy.
