With plenty of natural light and minimalist Scandinavian decor, it was the perfect spot to start the day slowly. The buffet offered a nice balance of healthy and hearty options: fresh salad greens, creamy yogurt with granola and berries, artisanal bread, smoked salmon, and warm dishes too. I went for a light, nourishing start with granola yogurt and a colorful salad plate.
