Volga Manor is located on the outskirts of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, on the banks of the Ashi River. Covering an area of more than 600,000 square meters, it is a national 4A-level cultural tourism attraction, a Sino-Russian cultural exchange base, a Russian Artists Association creation base, and a Moscow University International Exchange Center.
