Museum of Yuan Dynasty Architecture. Han City boasts the largest number of Yuan Dynasty architectural structures in Shaanxi. Local authorities have gradually relocated scattered Yuan-era buildings from surrounding areas to the temple complex. The main gate of Puzhao Temple was originally the offering hall of Tianyuan Temple, with an inscription "4th Year of Jin Cheng'an" on its eave columns. The Gaoshen Hall consists of three main halls, originally located in Sucun village south of the city, representing a mature example of Yuan architecture with its magnificent and intricate bracket sets as a major highlight. Puzhao Temple was first built in the 3rd Year of Yuan Yanyou. It not only enjoys exceptional natural scenery but also serves as the Buddhist cultural center of Weibei region in Shaanxi. The Mahavira Hall is a single-eave hip-and-gable Yuan structure housing a shrine with one Buddha, two Bodhisattvas, and two disciples - all colorful sculptures from the 3rd Year of Yuan Taiding. The 130 Ming Dynasty colored paintings on the caisson ceiling depict flowers, birds, fish, insects, and figures, retaining their vivid ink colors after centuries. The shrine paintings are remarkably lifelike with exceptional historical and artistic value.
