It is worth mentioning that on June 22 this year, the Liwan District Civil Affairs Bureau of Guangzhou held an outdoor collective certificate issuance event titled 'Flower City Joy, Fate in Liwan, Pantang Appointment' in the Pantang Community of Changhua Street. The outdoor certificate issuance venue in Pantang Community is a community outdoor certificate issuance point jointly created by the Liwan District Civil Affairs Bureau and the Changhua Street Office. A newlywed couple said, 'The outdoor certificate issuance event enhanced the sense of ceremony and happiness of receiving the certificate, increased their awareness of the responsibilities of marriage and family, and made this significant life event extraordinarily meaningful.'
