As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Member, I had the pleasure of lodging at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, room 403 — Ocean Villa with a private pool. The entire experience was incredibly memorable. Mirah from Guest Relations was very amiable and consistently helpful, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly during my stay. Ms. Niki Saraswati, the Loyalty Manager, was extremely gracious and genuinely empathetic — her warmth made me feel very appreciated as a loyal guest. Special thanks also to Maya from Housekeeping for keeping my room pristine and cozy daily — she's very friendly and attentive. Each staff member I encountered embodied the resort’s authentic spirit of hospitality. I felt truly cared for, and I can't wait to return.
