Maldives in October — an underrated paradise! 🌴☀️🌧️🌈 Travelling to Maldives in October is such a wonderful experience! Although it’s considered low season due to the wet climate, the weather can actually be full of surprises. You might get a bit of drizzle or even a thunderstorm, but that also means cooler, breezier days — and if you’re lucky, plenty of sunshine too! We were really blessed this time — sunshine, drizzle, thunderstorm, rainbow, and even a full moon all in one trip. 🌦️🌕 Hotels are more affordable during this season, and we even got a free upgrade to a water villa at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa! Upon arrival, a complimentary boat transfer whisked us from the airport straight to the island paradise. There’s so much to do — snorkeling, cycling, diving, gym, Maldivian dance, dolphin cruise, fishing, and of course, endless photo moments. I even received a handcrafted headband made from banana leaf during the dance performance! 🌿 With fewer divers around, our instructor had more time to guide us — and I was lucky enough to spot manta rays, reef sharks, and vibrant corals underwater. 🐠✨ This 4D3N getaway was short but truly refreshing — feeling recharged, grateful, and already dreaming of my next island escape. 💙 #beachlife#sunshinevibes #chill #maldives #
