"Yoshida Udon" It's said to be the hardest in Japan🤣💦 My friend who ate it said it was "like chikuwabu"! lol It's interesting that there are so many privately run shops, but this is one of them. "Fuurin" It's miso-based, but it's not thick like houtou, it's more like red miso soup. I'm grateful that it's cheap even though it's full of volume!
