South of the Border - Fangliao Fishing Harbor

A small fishing harbor with salty sea breezes. The young have left the town, leaving behind only the elderly and the sea. I accidentally noticed a Google landmark called 'Old Man Sea,' and curiosity drove me to visit. Strolling along the riverbank, enjoying the cool sea breeze, I spotted a large conch shell in the distance. As I approached to investigate, I discovered it was a Coast Guard station. The conch shell against the backdrop of the blue sky was truly adorable, creating a relaxed and charming atmosphere. I enjoy this kind of slow, aimless exploration of sparsely populated towns to experience unique local culture and scenery. I wouldn't say Fangliao Fishing Harbor is a fun destination, but for me, it offers a sense of relaxation and joy. Next time I pass through Fangliao, I might spend more time here—have a cup of coffee, watch the sea, and feel the breeze.
