Waking up to the sight of Meili Snow Mountain... is absolutely incredible!!!

If you're planning a trip to Meili Snow Mountain🏔️ (located in Deqen County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province), I highly recommend staying at the Waking Up to Snow Mountain Hotel → right across from Meili Snow Mountain‼️ Next to the Feilai Temple Viewing Platform‼️ The location is superb‼️‼️‼️ The bed faces Meili Snow Mountain directly, and on clear days, you can witness the "Golden Sunrise" phenomenon. At night, you’ll be treated to a sky full of stars✨ (Seeing the full view of Meili Snow Mountain is rare—nine out of ten visitors miss it because the summit is often shrouded in clouds. So, catching a glimpse requires some luck. If you have time, consider staying a few extra days✔️ I stayed for two nights and was lucky enough to see the full view on the second evening🏔️). About Waking Up to Snow Mountain Hotel🏨 Snow Mountain View Room·I highly recommend → The bed faces the window, with underfloor heating and warm air in the shower. The room comes with bath towels and disposable towels, and the toiletries are of great quality‼️ The hotel also has a laundry service—just hand your clothes to the staff, and they’ll wash, dry, and return them to your room‼️ The snack basket + drinks in the room are complimentary and restocked daily😋 There’s also a tea set for brewing tea🍵, and a goodnight dessert is delivered in the evening😌 Breakfast is semi-buffet style and very generous🍜 Not to mention, there’s a free self-service afternoon tea every day with snacks, cakes, fruits, and drinks🤣 It’s basically non-stop eating all day… The hotel’s breakfast area is also the "Snow Mountain Boiling" Restaurant🍴 If you don’t feel like driving out for meals, you can order simple dishes here🍲 The hot pot is quite good, and the window seats offer a great view of the snow-capped mountains🏔️ By the way, Meili Snow Mountain🏔️ itself is not open for climbing. The main attractions are the nearby famous spots like "Yubeng Village," "Mingyong Glacier," and "Feilai Temple"✔️ In the Meili Snow Mountain area, the main goal is to admire the majestic mountain from various angles and, if you’re lucky, catch a full glimpse of it📷 There are many great hiking trails nearby—if you’re up for it, give them a try✔️ I visited Mingyong Glacier, which offers a different perspective of Meili Snow Mountain’s main peak🏔️ (Take it slow, and it won’t be too tiring🤣). On the drive to Mingyong Glacier, you can also cross a bridge and see the Lancang River‼️ The landscape here is unique and worth a visit📷
