It is a spin-off from the famous Aquila restaurant, but the menu is not exactly the same. The focus here is more on Thai flavors and fusion dishes. Recommended dishes include the crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside Crab Cake, chewy Penne Pesto Squid with incredibly fresh squid, medium-rare Beef Steak, fragrant and sweet Caramel Ice Cream that is very refreshing, and the must-try signature dish of the restaurant, the spicy and flavorful Seasoned Pork Ribs. The interior is beautifully decorated in a modern Thai style, air-conditioned, and there is parking available shared with the Spice Garden Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
