I came to Chengdu because of a song, and I wasn't disappointed. The pandas are so cute!

I'm not a huge fan of Zhao Lei's song "Chengdu," but it made me want to visit the city. Chunxi Road, Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li, Daci Temple! I took photos, went shopping, and saw pandas everywhere. So cute! 🐼 I wandered around Kuanzhai Alley and got a little lost. 💫 I ate some skewers, found the famous panda grandpa 👴 and bought a toy, and even got a free hair clip! I saw a Sichuan opera face-changing show 🎭 and an acrobatics 🤹 show, and bought two pairs of earrings on the way back! Chengdu is a great place to explore. There's so much to see, and the streets are full of life! To me, Chengdu is the "red, wet place" described by Du Fu, a land of beautiful mountains and rivers, a place of peace and prosperity... Would you visit a city because of a song? Would you walk the streets of Chengdu until all the lights go out?
