A panoramic view of Cebu's nightscape! The pink sky and music at dusk will stay in your memory

Tops Lookout, located on top of a mountain about 30 to 40 minutes by taxi or motorbike from Cebu City, is a spectacular observation spot that offers a panoramic view of Cebu City and Mactan Island. I visited it as part of a city sightseeing tour with CSP Travel, and it was easy and convenient to access. I especially recommend visiting in the evening. When the sun sets, the sky turns pink, and the beauty is breathtaking. At the observation deck, local Cebuanos were singing various songs, and the music and the scenery were integrated into a very nice space. There is also a shop where you can buy snacks and drinks, and you can relax while being blown by the night breeze. It can get a little chilly at night, so it's a good idea to bring a jacket.
