Observatory Deck in Cebu 🇵🇭

Tops Lookout is an observatory deck overlooking the city of Cebu, Mandaue, and Mactan Island. It is located in the mountains of Busay in Lahug, Cebu City. There are small stores, bars, and cafés on top of this mountain. There's even a grilling spot. But you can also bring your own food. There are souvenir shops in the vicinity as well. There are small benches around the deck where one can relax and enjoy the view of the entire city. You can stay as long as you want, and even have a picnic. It gets chilly in the late afternoon.
