Universal Studios Beijing- A modern theme-park resort offering rides, shows and international entertainment, ideal for a fun day out. Location: Wenjing Subdistrict, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Fees: One-day tickets start from about CNY 418 for adults (low-season); can go up to ~CNY 638 or more on peak days. 1.5-day and 2-day tickets cost more (e.g., 1.5-day around CNY 670+). 5. The Forbidden City (Palace Museum)the vast imperial palace complex in Beijing which served as China’s political centre for nearly 500 years; now a museum and major historic site.
