Greenery at the Great Wall

Planning to visit Badaling? Make sure you pack light! The curves and steep stairs of the Great Wall look deceptively way on photo, but it’s quite a workout getting anywhere past the 4th and 5th towers. You can purchase snacks by the cable car, but mind that the sky car is closed during windy weather (which is most of the year, really!…) You can walk up plain and simple, or take the ground cable as I did - the views are still stunning. #travel #china #nature #greatwall #beijing
