Hogwarts in Beijing✨

🧙♂️✨ Beijing but make it magical! This trip is all about wizardry and thrills — from hopping on the Hogwarts Express to exploring the epic Universal Beijing Resort. Top Spots to Visit: 1. Hogwarts Express – 北京市通州区北京环球度假区哈利·波特的魔法世界™, open all day year-round. Step into the iconic platform surrounded by Western-style architecture, perfect for moody selfies when it’s cloudy or rainy! 2. Universal Beijing Resort – Universal Beijing Resort, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Open 10:00–22:00 (Oct 16–19); tickets are ¥443. Go early for shorter lines, especially at Harry Potter world. The outdoor cultural landscapes and close-up details on buildings make for killer Instagram shots. Efficiency tips: ★ If the weather’s rainy, pack a light raincoat — umbrellas are a hassle on rides and in crowds. ★ The Harry Potter area gets super packed near midday. Hit it right after opening for empty shots and less queue time. ★ Don’t miss the butterbeer stalls around Hogwarts — best snack when you need a break! How to get around: Metro Line 7 is the easiest way to Tongzhou District; Universal Beijing Resort has direct metro access. Get your tickets online with trip.com for maximum convenience. Food recs: Try the roast chicken at Three Broomsticks in the Harry Potter zone for a hearty Western-style meal. For local eats, Universal CityWalk has good Chinese quick bites. Useful Tips: Bring an extra power bank! Indoor architecture is mindblowing for photos, especially in cloudy weather. Most transactions are cashless — have Alipay or WeChat Pay set up. #beijingmagic #universalbeijing #harrypotterchina #triptips #magicintherain #hellohalloween

Universal Studios Beijing—theme park dreams, unlocked!🎢 Spent the day geeking out at Universal Beijing Resort, and it was 100% worth it if you love epic rides, dazzling shows, and movie magic brought to life. Universal Beijing Resort is set in Tongzhou District (address: Universal Beijing Resort, Tongzhou District, Beijing). Park hours when I went: 10:00-22:00—plenty of time to catch all the action. Pro tip: Buy your ticket on trip.com ahead of time (¥443) to skip the long lines on arrival and roll straight into the fun. Top Spots to Hit: - Jurassic World Isla Nublar: Insane animatronics, and the rollercoaster is a heart-stopper! - Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Butterbeer in hand, stroll through Hogsmeade, snap a pic at Hogwarts, and don’t miss the Forbidden Journey ride. - Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness: Adorable, immersive, and the themed snacks are surprisingly good. - Hollywood Boulevard: Great spot for souvenirs, shows, and parade selfies. Time Your Visit: Try to arrive on a weekday—weekends get *super* crowded. Stay late for the nighttime parade and light show; worth every second. Getting there is easy: Take the Beijing subway (Line 7 or Batong) to Universal Resort Station—smooth, cheap, and drops you at the front gate. Food tip: There are loads of themed cafes and snack stands. I loved the Minion cupcakes (hilarious and tasty) and the ramen bowls in Kung Fu Panda zone. Bring a refillable water bottle, wear comfy shoes, and get the Universal Beijing Resort app for wait times and show schedules—trust me, it’ll save your day! #UniversalBeijing #BeijingTrip #ThemeParkAdventure #tripdotcom
