Hot Spring Getaway with Kids: A Cozy Early Spring Weekend in the Beijing Mountains

This weekend's homestay in the suburbs of Beijing is truly my dream house. I took 1,000 photos and couldn't pick any because they were all so good. My daughter looked great in every shot. I love the decor and design. Every painting in the room is exactly my style! The bedding and curtains in the room are all cotton and linen. I really love it! ▪️ About the Accommodation 🏠 We stayed in a mountain view suite with a private hot spring ♨️. There's a living room 🛋️ and a bedroom. My kid was so happy running around the room. We watched "My Neighbor Totoro" together, which made my daughter so happy. Be sure to try the hot spring. I think the outdoor hot spring feels even better in winter. ▪️ About the Food 🍚 Breakfast is a set menu that is pleasing to the eye and tastes good. The homestay has a restaurant that mainly serves Western food, as well as coffee ☕️ and other drinks. We ate here in the evening. My kid loved the spaghetti 🍝. There are also farmhouses nearby. You'll need to do some research on your own! ▪️ About Activities We spent the first day at the homestay. Our family brought swimsuits and enjoyed the outdoor hot spring. It was very pleasant. Be sure to bring your own swimsuit 👙. An Instagram-worthy swimsuit is a great match. On the second day, we went to the wild Great Wall on the recommendation of the butler! It was awesome! It was really wild. My 3+ year old kid climbed the Great Wall with us! It was also her first time seeing the Great Wall! We also climbed two beacon towers! It was really great 👍.
