We went there because it was a must-stay B&B in 2023, and we were not disappointed. [Love] This is a homestay surrounded by the ancient Great Wall on three sides. The Yaoziyu Castle where it is located has a history of more than 600 years and is the only well-preserved military castle at the foot of the Great Wall in Beijing. Most of them are transformed from old houses in the village. It not only protects the history and architecture, but also gives us the opportunity to experience the unique charm of the Great Wall Ancient Village up close. [Love] You can enjoy it slowly here, and time slows down. It is great to have afternoon tea and a cup of coffee in the castle cafe. I didn’t have the chance to think about the surrounding attractions because I didn’t want to leave such a comfortable cafe. [Love] There are more than ten Great Wall courtyard spaces with different styles in the mountains. The one we stayed in is ~ Man. I personally love this courtyard. It is a small stone courtyard with a hot spring room with a view, a loft hot spring room and two king-size rooms. It can accommodate 4 families at the same time. The courtyard is well equipped, with a large courtyard and a large living room. [Love] Children can play to their heart's content. There are two small terraces for barbecue, which is great. The kitchen is so nice. You can cook with your own ingredients. [Love] There are all the kitchenware you need here. Invite friends and children to come here to soak in the hot springs, chat in the castle cafe for an afternoon, and spend a perfect weekend. Don't be too happy.
