My First Visit to Sagrada Familia: A Truly Awe-Inspiring Experience!

It felt like all the divine favor was bestowed upon Sagrada Familia. Gaudí is undoubtedly a genius, and this is the most breathtaking place I've seen in Barcelona. Before coming here, I had visited many churches across Europe, and the €26 ticket almost deterred me. However, once inside, I couldn't stop exclaiming "Wow!" The light inside changes throughout the day; in the morning, cool light streams through the left-side glass, while in the afternoon, warm light comes through the right-side glass. We chose to enter at 4 PM, and the entire church was bathed in a warm orange hue. Here are some recommended spots for capturing Sagrada Familia: 1️⃣ For panoramic shots (photos 10, 11), it's best to shoot from the hill where you can see the sunset and night view. Previously, people went to Caramel Hill, but now they start clearing people out after 7:30 PM. We found a new spot nearby, 📍Mirador de la Farma, where you can use a telephoto lens to capture Sagrada Familia in the frame! 2️⃣ For indoor shots, I personally think the afternoon's warm light is more beautiful. It's recommended to buy tickets for after 3:30 PM when the lighting is optimal, and every angle looks sacred. 3️⃣ For close-up exterior shots, there's a garden pond outside the church. In the morning, you can capture the full view with favorable lighting. We went in the afternoon, and the backlighting wasn't ideal. 4️⃣ Casa Milà (photo 13) - On the rooftop of Casa Milà, you can use the doorway to frame Sagrada Familia perfectly, and people can stand together in the frame.
