Wat Prayurawongsawas Worawihan

I believe many people are familiar with this temple because this temple is one of the filming scenes for the movie Buppesannivas 2. This temple is called Wat Prayurawongsawas Worawihan, a second-class royal temple of the Worawihan type, located near the foot of Phra Phutta Yodfa Bridge on the Thonburi side. The temple's registration number is 24 Prachathipok Road, Wat Kanlaya Subdistrict, Thonburi District, Bangkok. The temple's renovation resulted in it receiving the 1st prize (Award of Excellence) for the renovation project of the Phra Borommathat Maha Chedi Wat Prayurawongsawas for cultural conservation in the Asia-Pacific region from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The architecture here combines the wisdom of craftsmanship in Ayutthaya, but also incorporates modern European colonial design, plus artwork from the palace fence in the early Rattanakosin period.
