Wat Prayurawongsawat

#VisitBangkok 💬 Wat Prayurawongsawas Worawihan, a beautiful temple on the Thonburi side that is over 190 years old. The creator of Wat Prayurawongsawas was Somdej Chao Phraya Borom Maha Prayurawong (Dis Bunnag), who built it in 1828. The highlight of Wat Prayurawongsawas is the large white "Phra Borom Mahathat Chedi" surrounded by 18 smaller chedis. It is magnificently beautiful and grand. It is considered the only chedi in Rattanakosin with a brick pillar as the center.
