No matter how it's prepared, it's always delicious. I highly recommend their signature dish, 'Crab Rice.' This dish features Japanese rice, ginkgo nuts, edamame, lotus root, carrots, and Taraba crab meat, all cooked in crab stock and served with hot crab soup in a teapot. It's a truly impressive dish that's incredibly tasty. The crab meat is plentiful, and the rice is fluffy.
