We got P'Pi and P'Ae to teach us today. After finishing the theory, there is a lunch break. There is food provided~ 💖 After that, we will come back to study with P'Pi - get to taste coffee (every drip is different. It affects the taste a lot. It's amazing. I didn't think it would be this different) - get to practice (P'Pi and P'Ae will give advice on every drip we do, on how to adjust it. To bring out the best flavor of the coffee beans) ⏰ Course 10:30-19:00 hrs. But we dripped until late at night. In the blink of an eye, it was already 8 pm. So much fun and enjoyable 55555 🎉 I think it's a really good course. I gained a lot of knowledge. There were many things that I never knew before. When I learned them, my dripping improved in order (I'm not bragging 🤣) 🎉 I got to know new friends and exchange ideas. There were 6 people in one course, most of whom had opened their own coffee shops or dessert shops (in case they want to open a coffee shop, hehe) 🎉 At the end of the course, they gave us a grade to show how top students we were. We got an A grade, so refreshing (feeling more motivated to drip coffee).
