#falladventures #museums #familytravel Central State Museum of Kazakhstan is housed in a fine building with beautiful traditional exterior architecture in blue and white. The signboard is in Russian stating Museum opening time but it differs from the website, its not an issue to us as we were there to visit around 2pm. Entry fee is 500 tenge per person. The Staff are friendly and helpful. There are 3 levels of museum exhibits, on ground floor from prehistoric era to middle ages pertaining to the history of Kazakhstan. Every exhibits has English label which is absolutely great for our understanding.!!! There’s many local costumes and carpets on show, plus musical instruments and the importance of agriculture to the country. On the second floor is the modern era. An entire room is dedicated to nationalities with their traditional costumes who inhabit Kazakhstan. A key exhibit is the exact miniature copy of the military uniform of the "golden man" made from over 4000 golden parts.
