[Kochi] Do you know Iokido?

This natural sea cave was formed by wave erosion when the surrounding area was the sea. It is a cave consisting of a fern colony designated as a national natural monument and strata deposited about 3 million years ago. It reminds me of Antelope Canyon in the United States. The ferny valley beyond the cave reminds me of Princess Mononoke. There was little rain and little water at the time, but it still felt tough to walk in normal shoes. There are two parking lots facing the main road, but there is an information center on the parking lot across the road where you can rent boots for free.
