It is located in what is probably the most remote area for a beer brewery in Japan, and the beer makers are a married couple who immigrated from the United States. The person who set up the brewery and brews the craft beer is Kenneth Mukai. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and recently moved to Niyodogawa Town with his wife Masako.
