The person who set up the brewery and brews the craft beer is Kenneth Mukai. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and recently moved to Niyodogawa Town with his wife Masako. Niyodogawa Town, where "BLUE BREW" is located, is the prefecture's leading tea producing area. With a commitment to incorporating the bounty of Kochi Prefecture into craft beer, they have developed a beer using tea, and offer 12 types of craft beer. They also have beers using sweet potatoes, ginger, and Japanese pepper, making use of the region's proud agricultural products.
