When it was served, my stomach was already growling. The noodles looked very appetizing. The offal, including liver and other parts, was fresh and perfectly cooked—not too much, not too little. Importantly, it was clean and had no odor. The broth had a clear, mild flavor typical of Chinese cooking. It was clear but delicious, no seasoning needed. Today, let's try a new suki restaurant. It's located at Lotus Bangkapi. This branch just opened not long ago. It closes at 2 am, catering to late-night eaters. While waiting for the food we ordered to be served, let's have some snacks first. There are a lot of them: French fries, chicken pops, fried sausages, fried meatballs, steamed dumplings, and steamed buns (with 2 fillings: pork and cream). I recommend the cream-filled steamed buns. They're really delicious. The suki is also well-made. They currently have a spicy pork rib soup. It's super delicious and flavorful. I usually don't like spicy food. Today, I ordered Yakisoba, Tonkatsu pork bento, Tonkatsu pork curry rice, and Gyoza dumplings. The taste is good. For this price, the taste is okay. The atmosphere is not bad.
