Excellent hotel. The rooms and public areas are impeccable. It is felt that great attention to detail is paid here: fresh linen, daily cleaning. Even the busiest corners of the hotel, for example, in the restaurant or by the pool, are tidy. We were greeted warmly, helped with luggage and quickly checked in. The reception staff are always ready to suggest a route, order a taxi. The SPA includes a hamam, sauna, pool, and many procedures to relax. The pool is open until 23:00, spa procedures are by prior reservation, the gym is open 24/7. The hotel is located on the embankment of the rowing canal, the city center is 20 minutes by taxi.

I stayed at a hotel in Samarkand City and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, very beautiful, and exceptionally clean. Everything was great, and the service overall was very good. The only minor issue I encountered was with one staff member at the reception who was a bit rude. However, this did not affect my overall stay, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

There was a misunderstanding with my previous booking for another property in the same wellness complex near Samarkand, but when I got to the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Sogt instead, I felt in good hands from the first minute - and all there was perfect, at least for my understanding. Cozy, warm, quiet and simply, but stylishly furnished rooms, amazing bed and bathroom, huge TV (which I didn't use for a second, but it's nice to know you have one), and all this - in a very peaceful, quiet and beautiful surrounding. Probably the best hotel service you can get in Samarkand, is in that area. Airport is 20 minutes away, similar is the time to the downtown and historic area of Samarkand. Yandex taxis are available day and night, and their rates are something you can't even dream of in the Western world.

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

Very beautiful hotel, rich breakfast, beautiful cakes, in line with Chinese habits. There is an exhibition hall in front of the hotel, which is convenient for attending exhibitions and going to the conference center. There is a river behind, the night view is beautiful at night, and it is very relaxing to walk along the river.

The hotel is very nice, with a great environment. You can directly see the canal in the park and the light show at night. The facilities should be the best among the hotels I have stayed in Samarkand so far. There is no need for conversion plugs, and there is also a capsule coffee machine in the room. The service is generally good. Because the room type I booked is out of stock, I was upgraded to a suite. It’s just that the front desk didn’t handle it well during peak hours, the check-in time for guests was too long, and the room was not cleaned in time, and the water was not replenished in time, so I didn’t give it a full score. I hope it can be improved. The restaurant service is good, the dishes are also very good, and there are many choices. I haven’t experienced other things yet. I hope to come again next time!

This hotel is good, the room is very new and very clean. Go out to the most famous tourist attractions at the door, about 30-40 minutes walk, Green Avenue, passing by Confucius Institute, the university here, very good.

[Luxurious stay in Samarkand] This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Registan Square in Samarkand, and it seems that a wedding hall for locals is also located next door. The luxurious interior matches that, and the lobby entrance raises your expectations for your stay. One of the hotel staff spoke a little Japanese, and although he spoke broken Japanese, he greeted me kindly with a ”hello.” The room had an elegant atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very satisfying and delicious!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.
