Hotels With Wifi in Trang Province, Thailand

The hotel is located in the central part of the beach, a little away from the parking lot of tourist boats, which is very good. The hotel territory is large and well-kept. Photos of the rooms are completely true to life. The restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast. For 1200-1500 baht you can have a delicious dinner for two. The nature of the island of Kradan is amazing, but it is worth spending more time cleaning up garbage on the wild beaches of the island.

I booked this trip for my parents while they were traveling, booking via trip is the cheapest option for us. Also, using coins got me another on top discount. They said they had a pleasant stay, the room was nice, and the breakfast was decent as well. They had a good rest before traveling again to their next stop.

Slightly further down from the main Pak Meng area , meaning it’s not as convenient for food as it could be. The beach is located across a path through the forest. It would be great if they could put a small fitness centre here. Rooms are big and well maintained with lots of charging sockets everywhere. The restaurant does a great job in making southern Thai cuisine for both breakfast and dinner

This hotel is well worth the price. The room was quite big and clean and there was a great balcony with a lovely view over Trang. It is located a little bit outside of the centre of town, but still right in the middle of lots of shops.

ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ

It is really a joy on earth... This time I call Ctrip. The tent room was originally booked for this trip. It was a bit simple, especially the bed, and it collapsed. It was mainly very noisy. The motorcycle was too loud, and I didn’t sleep well all night. The next day I contacted Ctrip to explain the situation. Ctrip solved the problem very quickly. At first, the hotel wanted me to add 600🐷 to upgrade the room. I didn’t agree. After Ctrip’s communication, the room was upgraded for free. The new room is really very good. No wonder the room prices of the same hotel are so different. Give Ctrip a full five-point praise, and I will continue to trust Ctrip in the future!

My parents really like it. The nearby restaurants are delicious. Sitting by the sea, the atmosphere is very good, quiet and very chill. The staff also pays attention to details. When they saw that my mother had leg pain, they changed the room to the lower floor for her. 🩷🩷❤️❤️❤️ I recommend you to come and stay.

Was a good experience, the hotel was super clean and Mr had everything you might need. Next to the hotel was a small market and many thing walking distance from it. The only minus - there is no elevator, so elderly/babies/people with many suitcases might struggle
