From the day before check-in to departure, the overall service of Jixiashan · Meili made me very satisfied. The day before check-in, customer service will add WeChat and pull into a group. There are two staff members in the group who respond at any time. Before arrival, customer service reminded us that there will be wine tasting and snow mountain documentary activities on the 4th floor in the evening. They will also ask us about our arrival time and whether we need dinner. After arriving at the store, the staff member Zhang Jiacheng (I asked for his name specifically! Praise him!) explained various information to us in detail when receiving us. Then he sent a text version to the group again. After entering the room, he will also kindly remind us that we can turn off the floor heating when we sleep at night to avoid too dry air.
