Hong Kong, an international metropolis known as the "Pearl of the Orient", attracts tourists from all over the world with its unique geographical location, prosperous urban scenes and rich cultural heritage.

Unparalleled night view: Hong Kong's night view is known as one of the most beautiful in the world. Take a cruise across Victoria Harbor, and the bright lights on both sides of the harbour and the light and shadow reflected in the water complement each other, as if you are in a flowing painting. Whether it is the flashing neon lights of high-rise buildings or the twinkling lights of traditional fishing boats, they are all intoxicating.

The waypoints include the International Financial Center, the Hong Kong HSBC Building, the Bank of China Building on Hong Kong Island and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which are famous landmarks in Hong Kong, allowing you to witness the outstanding achievements of Hong Kong architecture.

Cruise duration: Hong Kong cruises vary in duration, from a quick 45-minute experience to a longer day or night cruise, to meet the needs of different tourists. Whether it's the gentle sea breeze during the day or the bright lights at night, you can fully experience the charm of Hong Kong at sea.

Here, you will have a unique experience through boat tours, which will reveal another mysterious side of this city to you.

APM Shopping Mall 'Spring Playground·City Stroll'

Recently, apm has collaborated with the popular Korean illustrators Pink Rabbit and Vanilla Bear 'Pink & Ven', to create a theme of 'Spring Playground·City Stroll', setting up a playground that spans over 2,000 square feet. The playground features a fun and adorable style, interpreting various Hong Kong characteristic spots, including the Tsing Ma Bridge, the Clock Tower at Star Ferry Pier, the Ferris wheel, ice cream trucks, and more, all filled with the unique charm of Hong Kong. It really gives a warm and familiar feeling, making it irresistible not to take photos at different spots. The event will end at the end of May, so if you happen to visit apm, don't miss out.

Hong Kong during Chinese New Year

Hong Kong during Chinese New Year

A city that you can repeatedly visit without getting tired of it. Good vibes, good food and good weather! Surprisingly, most of the shops and restaurants are open during Chinese New Year period. So, you know where to go next for the upcoming Chinese Nee Year! However, the downside is you have to squeeze with the mainlanders in Tram and MTR. It is a long holiday in China thus they are holidaying in HK.

Hong Kong Imagery

Hong Kong Imagery

Hong Kong Imagery Another trip that I took on a whim, to Hong Kong. Upon arriving in Hong Kong, I felt a sense of nostalgia, as if I had returned to the '80s or '90s, with its trams, vintage taxis, and crisscrossing buildings. It's very Hong Kong, just like in the movies. The camera's original color tone, no color grading, a simple snap gives off that Hong Kong vibe. Because the weather was too hot, I didn't go to many places to take photos, just took them casually. The cost of living in Hong Kong is much more expensive compared to the mainland, especially food and drinks. Other expenses don't differ too much, such as clothing, electronics, skincare products, etc., the difference isn't significant, and it might even be slightly cheaper. A casual meal per person costs around a hundred plus-minus. A simple bottle of mineral water costs 2 yuan in the mainland, 4 yuan in Hong Kong. Well, there's a large population, and it seems that the economic vitality should be quite good. A brief visit doesn't allow for an in-depth comparison, but compared to Macau, Hong Kong is obviously much more developed, and the subway transportation is also more convenient. You can use Alipay, WeChat, and other payment methods, but many stores still only accept cash in Hong Kong dollars. So, it's essential to ask clearly before eating to avoid a wasted trip. (Unfortunately, I had such a wasted trip myself) Overall, going out to play is quite nice. It's worth experiencing. Especially recommended is the Ferris wheel, 20 yuan for 3 rounds. When going out, it's best to check the weather in advance. This year, Guangdong has had a long spell of rain. Hong Kong and Macau are more or less the same. Good weather is necessary for good photos. On sunny days, be sure to do proper sun protection.

Explore Hong Kong~ Gas lamps still shining on Dundas Street. "Blue and White Porcelain" on Miniature Street Visit the Cathedral of Saint John, the church building is beautiful. The beautiful banyan tree is very beautiful, with branches growing downwards and deeply rooted in the soil, forming a constantly strong and magnificent tree scene. Take the Peak Tram to reach the top of Victoria Peak and enjoy the panoramic view of Hong Kong. In order to enjoy the beautiful night view of Hong Kong, we waited until around seven o'clock. Due to the heavy fog on the mountain, the visual experience was not ideal, but it was still quite beautiful.

Lunch Semi-Buffet Set at Tsukada Nojo in Hong Kong K11!

Lunch Semi-Buffet Set at Tsukada Nojo in Hong Kong K11!

I used to only have Taiwanese hotpot at Tsukada Nojo, but I recently discovered that they also offer lunch sets. Just like their usual style, you can enjoy all the items at the self-service bar when you order a set meal. This includes unlimited garlic, chili, cilantro, soy sauce, and other condiments, as well as delicious fish skin, mushroom snacks, and super fresh seasonal fruits. Now that it's summer, they offer refreshing fruits like watermelon, melon, and guava to help you cool down. This time, I visited the Tsim Sha Tsui branch. The decor follows Tsukada Nojo's usual style—low-key, luxurious, and comfortable. The seating is spacious and not cramped, making dining here a pleasant experience. There's also a beverage area where you can try their hand-shaken drinks if you enjoy tea beverages, perfect for sipping while you eat. Kaohsiung Fresh Shrimp and Beef Oden Udon $98 The broth is paired with fresh shrimp, beef, assorted fish cakes, cheese balls, beef balls, chikuwa, cheese crab sticks, and radish, resembling a steaming hot and flavorful oden. The udon noodles in the set are white and glossy, with a soft and chewy texture, cooked to perfection. A sip of the delicious broth and a bite of udon is refreshing and not greasy, making it the best choice for summer dining.
