Personal sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Tecnikausfall der Aufzüge, was problematisch ist, wenn das Zimmer im ersten Stock ist. Am Abreise Tag(Checkout bis 11.00h) funktionierte die Zimmerkarte um 10.00h schon nicht mehr. Ich war kein Einzelfall. Auch eine Erinnerungsmail, um 5.56h am Abreisetag, das man jetzt auschecken kann ist nicht gut und hilfreich! Ebenfalls kein Einzelfall.

Nun, das Frühstücksbuffet ist echt prima; ich habe nur Naturquark vermißt. Es sollte zum frühstück etwas mehr Personal zur Verfügung stehen.
Nun, das Zimmer war wie gebucht. Leider was die Dusche schlecht zu gebrauchen, das Thermostat der Heizung war eine Quelle der Verletzung. Es wurde eine Stehlampe zur Verfügung gestellt (an sich dunkles Zimmer am Abend) und eine Verteilerdose für mehr Steckdosen (sind im Zimmer mager gesät).
Einen SPA-Bereich gibt es nicht. Insgesamt würde ich nur drei Sterne geben.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.
Voll daneben ist bei der Kette Achat meiner Meinung nach, daß man bis früh halb neun sagen muß, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Für mich als spontaner Mensch ist das nicht gut. Das Schild 'Bitte nicht stören' ist eine gute Alternative.
