Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

absence of hot water in shower...and rooms in east wing are a definite no-go, we should have known. overall - an utterly disappointing experience

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the room and the view. The receptionict upgraded the number type and we had an amazing view from the balcony

The room was nice and clean, the room phone didn't work which was strange. The waiting time for the hotline to connect to Dubai was too long and the connection service was not good. The pool spa was ok.

This hotel is dirty, the sewer is clogged! It's messy, bad, the staff is of poor quality, and they charge exorbitant fees, openly robbing money? It's a black shop, I have never come across such a hotel before? How did they rate it five stars? This kind of hotel with no professional ethics will go bankrupt sooner or later, it's too ***, I booked two nights on trip, and paid in full, but they still deducted money for no reason, it's *** behavior, shameful! It's disgusting!

There was a shocking scene when checking in - due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at nearly 12 o'clock in the night. A male front desk staff member gave us two rooms, 308 and 309. When my friend and I swiped our cards to enter the room, we found that there were already guests in the two rooms, all Chinese guests and they were asleep. We were shocked and embarrassed. Back to the front desk, the staff was also very embarrassed. He kept apologizing and didn't know who he called. After a long German phone call, he gave us two rooms again, one of which was upgraded to a 132 view suite. The room is very large and beautiful. The only drawback is that the room is too big and it is a bit difficult to go to the toilet. The drains of the other two washbasins are a bit blocked. When I turned on the drain plug of the faucet on the left, I found that there was a hard object stuck in it. It looked very dirty and should have been blocked for a long time. I don't know why no one has reported or repaired it. I took the plug away and hoped that the hotel could find and clean it. Everything else is good. The hotel is very advanced. All control switches are touch screens. There is also air conditioning, but it cannot be activated. Fortunately, it is not too hot. I must praise the rich breakfast, which is very good and clean. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending!

The room is very big, and the hotel is themed after various musical instruments, which is very special! The location is on a hill, and the breakfast is also very good!

The hairdryer from the hotel had an EU plug, the plug in the CH area...not compatible.  It took 1h10min to get the luggage to the room. The room was so small that there was no room for the suitcase "Storage space"

The price/performance ratio is quite good, but the room is small, remember to bring your own slippers!

It's much better than expected. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is very good, but I forgot to take pictures. I will stay here again next time I have the chance. Thank you for the hotel's service
