High level with office view 🤣 & cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit!

Location - 10/10 Hospitality - 9/10 Vibe & Design - 8/10 Cleanest - 6/10 (probably due to reno activities)

I was given the single room instead of the double room. See photos. I demand a refund!

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

5 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Supermarket such as Coop is jus 1 min away fr the hotel. The breakfast was simple and suitable for people who doesn like it to be heavy. Overall is a nice hotel but yet can be improved for their customer service

The hotel is very well located. It was convenient to go to the central station and main attractions. The room faced a quiet street. The breakfast was also excellent. However, it was not safe to give credit card information to the reception staff as a guarantee.

It is to our great disappointment that we booked for a double room, but when we checked in what we got was a lodge style room with a large single bed which clearly is not double room. Nonetheless, all the setup in the room such as pillow and blanket, minibar items, toiletries, towers only came in 1 set. When we contact the receptionist, they still insisted that it was double room. Only after we made complains that they willing to change us to a double room which is not exactly a "double room with river view". Despite it's great location, we chose to pay premium pricing for accommodation in the city centre of Zurich to enjoy the view and ambience of the hotel. We would say the experience was way short of satisfaction.

The location is very good, just across the road is the central train station. The room is relatively small, but the soundproofing is very good. The most considerate thing is that we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the hotel agreed to let us check in early, which is very considerate! The picture below is the view outside the hotel. There is a Chinese restaurant called chopstick across the road, and the taste is pretty good.
