當時定的時候沒注意看，是小區改成的家庭房。位置特別不好找，打電話後才找到的，然後帶到另一處，也是小區樓上。環境一般，衞生差，本來想退房的，想着帶着孩子又大風大雨難得折騰，就勉強住下了。結果一言難盡，首先衞生間沒有連着房間，及其不方便。其次，洗髮水牙膏牙刷毛巾一樣沒有，幸好自己帶到有。還有，熱水器估計是電熱水器，開的電器太多後，負荷不了吧，或者電路老化啟動了漏電保護，洗澡的時候跳閘了，最後冷水沖完出去的。最後，睡的時候發現被套起碼睡過好幾個人以上了的，且沒有換洗，有狐臭，煙味。最奇葩的他家長者還睡在門口簡易床上，看了之前評論説半夜跑進來，所以一晚上都睡不踏實，下半夜勉強迷迷糊糊睡了幾個小時。優點就是隔高鐵站、拱北口岸近，價格不貴，如果不介意的可以入住。在攜程上訂了這麼多房間，這是最出乎意料的一次，也是我第一次花時間評論的。估計也是想依靠口岸的地理位置掙錢，無可厚非，但是也要把服務跟上啊！

酒店太差了，衞生很不好，被都是黑的，多次用沒洗的那種，風窗簾也是黑的。最不能讓人接受的商家的欺詐行為，衹有公共衞生間，硬説是私人衞生間，比正常價格貴80%。還沒有發票。他家櫃子裏都是脹衣服和被褥！真是忍無可忍。

超級爛，訂了都不敢入住…態度又差，圖片介紹跟實際環境完全不一樣…不衞生，又臟又有異味，要求退房還説退不了….建議當地政府衞生部門採取相應措施！

簡直是差的一塌糊度，房間東西又臟又多，還有一個房東就住在門口過道，晚上12點31分我們都睡著了他使勁敲門敲了有好幾分鐘，把門打開直接進來搬走一把椅子，也不管還有人在睡覺，簡直是不可理喻！網上訂的是有衞生間的，實際是衞生間在過道里，更噁心的是房東也在用。從來沒有見過在網上還能訂到如此的房子。

這地方是我住過最爛的地方，沒有之一。非常坑！衞生太差太差太差了。被子被單絕對沒洗過，上面全是頭髮，噁心**了。房間特別小，行李箱都放不下，洗漱用品啥都沒有，隔音差，吵得要死。而且，電梯衹有兩個，全是人，衹能走步梯，麻煩死了。如果有0星，我一個星都不想給！

在攜程預訂成功此和園公寓並已交款118元，11月14日下午5點多來到這家旅舍，老闆竟提出加價50元，説現在珠海住宿普遍漲到最低三四百元一天，沒有一百多元的。我説早先預訂就是這個價並巳付款，他説過去是過去現在是現在，沒有半點誠信。最後我再付款了20元了事。住的單人房很臟，地面污跡斑斑，甚至有小蟑螂。沒有電吹風，空調口極臟根本不敢開。洗澡間在房間對面十分不方便。這樣極其簡陋極不衞生主人極不講信用的住宿竟然出現在珠海令人匪夷所思!
