It was a bit hard to navigate to the check in room on the 3rd floor.  Check in information should be sent prior to the arrival to avoid hunting around.  However the staff is friendly and the parking discount is extremely convenient.

• Spacious, good for family. But walls were thin, you could easily hear noise from next doors such as people walking, kids screaming, people loud talking etc. • Hygiene was just so-so. Bed and blanket were clean, apart from a dead fly sleeping under a pillow. There’s stain and dust around the place. There’s water leaking under the toilet bowl. • There’s a stove but no pans or cutlery proved. All the cabinets were empty. • It’s listed in the facilities that there’d be 24 hours hot water, but it ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. Turned out you need to wait until it’s stored enough hot water. If it runs out, you’ll need to wait again. There’s no such notice in this. • Hotel staff couldn’t be reached at night (regarding the hot water issue), no response at all until reaching out to Trip.com eventually and they responded.

The customer service was commendable, very smiling, and very carefully explained the details to me. However, when he told me the room was on the 10th floor, I thought it was a little strange because when I booked the room, it clearly stated room 409 on the order. It was even weirder when I entered, the room didn’t look the same as the photos I had when I booked it. First there is a lot of dirt on the walls, the sofa is collapsed, and then there are mosquitoes in the house, however the apartment provides electronic mosquito killer. Pulling the curtains, I was surprised to see Xiao Feifei in and out. Looking closely, I saw Xiao Feifei's body on the ground and on the bed near the window... The only one of the three beds on the floor was more comfortable, but the wardrobe and hanger were enough.
