Response from Property: 感謝您下榻金葉五洲皇冠酒店，非常抱歉此次入住未能達到您的期望！我們酒店是屬於北辰集團旗下的高端酒店品牌，酒店地處澳門關口、珠海站，步行可到長隆直達大巴、機場大巴營業廳，地理位置優越。因為酒店位置較為繁華特殊性，為了給顧客提供更加安靜舒適的環境，所以把大堂設定在11樓，但是一樓我們還配有禮賓台會及時做好對客指引的。感謝您提出的寶貴意見，祝您生活愉快！

Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客：您好！感謝您選擇入住我們酒店。因為酒店酒店地處繁華地段，交通、購物、商務出行都是一流的方便，所以人流量相對較多，關於隔音問題，因為酒店的大床都是面向馬路，無法避免完全隔音，但是酒店所有窗户都是帶雙床玻璃隔音效果較佳，並且配有隔音耳塞，如有需要可以隨時聯繫總枱，我們的每一位員工會通過更貼心的、更細緻入微的服務讓您遠離城市的嘈雜，靜心享受小城之美。期待着下次讓您享受到更完美的入住體驗！
