The fifth floor was being painted, and the smell was a bit strong. The bedside lamp in this room was broken. I have only stayed for three nights so far. I am very sorry to disturb the front desk lady and the room manager so many times. They handled it very promptly. On the day of check-in, a guest got trapped and one of the elevators stopped working, so the biggest pro and con of the hotel is the [building elevator problem].
